INSPIRATION

Though I walk for exercise, I love reuse and the creativity that comes out of working within constraints of materials. Since I seem to have a need to always be productive, while walking I began to think of more how I could work in conjunction nature with my usual experimental bent. We don't have the big smooth rocks that people normally paint on, so I came up with these.

DESCRIPTION/MATERIALS USED

This beautiful Indian Lady is all on her own, so that makes her pretty unusual as compared to her counterpart rock characters I created with multiple face persons.  She's got great hair which is tied back with decorative beads. Lots of pieces came together to get her ready for the day. In this one I used a strand of hair bought to decoratively add to our hair, sequins, paint, beads, poker chips and bottle caps. She is 5" tall on an almost 2" circular platform
